The kids win tickets to attend a special season premiere screening of their favorite TV show. 2170.78While Chelsea is out of town, Raven's father Victor shows up to help his daughter with comical results. Meanwhile, Booker, Nia, Levi, and Tess come up with alternatives to washing the clothes when the building's washer machines are full. Meanwhile, Raven and Chelsea are faced with the tough decision of decluttering their old clothes to save space in the apartment, and Nia elects herself to help them with this task.

To help him attend the Daddy-Daughter dance at school, Raven switches keys with her neighbor, Jimmy. However, Levi figures out it might be possible for a stranded Devon to also go to the event. When Nia gets caught up in wanting to be a trendsetter, she goes against her mother's wishes and uses the money she saved up to buy an expensive jacket; Booker has a vision that Mitch put a curse on him. When Booker has a vision of his mother losing the money hidden in her backpack, he enlists Nia and Levi to help him follow Raven and rescue the money before it goes missing.
When one of her children, Booker inherit the psychic ability, Raven teaches him and Nia about how life has ups and downs. Fellow best friend Chelsea Daniels will also live and move in with Raven after she divorced her husband too but she has a son named Levi. The series premiered on July 21, 2017 after the premiere of the DCOM, Descendants 2. 3030.63When Levi starts missing his mother, Raven takes the family on a trip to visit Chelsea at the cruise ship where she works. On the way, they get a flat tire, but Nia texts Tess who brings them a new one and joins the trip.

Meanwhile, Raven and Chelsea argue about their parenting styles, and find themselves unintentionally becoming volunteers at an old foster care. 1031.66Since Levi and Chelsea moved in, Nia has been sleeping on the couch, which makes her feel she lacks privacy and space for herself. When Raven tells Nia that she loves having Levi and Chelsea at the house, she begins to feel guilty and decides not to talk with Raven about her issues. Nia later turns to her father Devon for help, only for him to reveal that he is moving to Texas for a job.
1081.37The children's school is holding a dance with Booker and Tess helping to organize it. However, when they make it seem that the dance circle is important, Nia begins to feel pressured to learn how to dance. Meanwhile, Booker has a vision that the party will be a disaster; when he and Tess clash on the dance's theme and ruin the whole ball, it is up to Chelsea to solve everything. However, when they are unable to find a babysitter for the night, they decide to trust their children and Tess to stay home alone.

In season four of “Raven’s Home,” twins Booker and Nia, along with their best friend Tess, are ready to embark on their biggest adventure yet—high school. As the teens envision a new sense of independence as Carver High freshmen, Levi has to adapt to middle school without his close friends. Raven and Chelsea must accept that their kids are growing up while managing Your Best-Dressed Life, their burgeoning life coaching and fashion business.
All the episodes this season (except Raven About Bunk'd) are references to old movies. But after 9 episodes filmed, due to COVID-19 concerns, production was suspended on March 14, 2020. Production resumed on September 11, 2020 and wrapped on January 29, 2021.Subsequent later episodes added in an in-universe quarantine. 20 episodes have been produced for this season but 19 will air due to the 2 part Christmas episodes being aired as one episode.
Meanwhile, Booker and Nia hold a yard sale to help their mother and Levi make friends with their neighbor, who turns out to be the apartment's proprietor and Mr. Jablonski's mother. In the end, she persuades her son to keep the rent as it is, allowing Chelsea and Levi to live with Raven's family. Desperate to take Cami to a dance, Booker convinces Ivy to throw a party at the Chill Grill; Cami's plans get in the way of Ivy having a successful party.
Booker and Nia feel they are too old for trick-or-treating and convince their friends to join them for a night scares in haunted apartment 4B. Meanwhile, Raven and Chelsea they throw a Halloween party for the younger neighborhood kids. Raven Baxter and her best friend Chelsea, both divorced single mothers, raise their children together in a Chicago apartment. Their lives turn upside down when they realize one of Raven's twins has inherited her ability to see the future.
Booker and Nia devise a plan to attend their first high school party with Tess without Raven's knowledge. Nia, Booker, Levi and Chelsea secretly plan a big surprise party for Raven's birthday. When Booker and Nia realize they have no money for all of their fun summer plans, they try to get assistant jobs with Raven's persnickety client, Priya. Ivy forms a trivia team with friends, but the team makes a decision that causes Booker to jeopardize trivia night; Raven puts the Chill Grill at risk. After having a vision about his health, Raven takes Victor to a relaxation retreat; Booker throws an impromptu birthday party for Alice. Booker and Nia have their learner's permits, but Raven isn't ready to teach them how to drive!
When Booker and Nia realize they have no money for all of their fun summer plans, they try to get assistant jobs with Raven’s persnickety client, Priya. Booker and Nia devise a plan to attend their first high school party with Tess without Raven’s knowledge. Back at the party, Tess accepts a dance battle challenge against Mikka, and things get out of hand. Nia, Booker, Levi and Chelsea secretly plan a big surprise party for Raven’s birthday. Unbeknownst to her family, Raven accepted a job driving singing-sensation Sunrise Mahoney around and is sworn to secrecy. When Nia and Booker throw an epic 13th birthday party with no moms or kids allowed, they're forced to tell Raven and Levi they can't attend.
3070.57Chelsea's ex-husband Garrett has been released from prison and comes up with a broom counterpart for Chelsea's Schmop called the Schbroom. This causes Chelsea and Raven to take this issue to the TV show "Judge Giovanni" which stars the titular judge that Raven is a fan of. Meanwhile, Booker, Nia, and Tess take an offer from Camille Henry and her mother to have the Chi-Lective perform at the birthday party of Camille's younger brother Dylan as they try to appease the guests.
When Raven has a vision that could change her family forever, she is determined to stop it from happening; Booker attempts to buy the best gift for Victor's birthday. Booker gets Raven's permission to drive his car to a school event and things go well until he has an eye-opening encounter with a cop; Victor breaks Alice's doll and scrambles to make amends. Neil and Ivy ask Booker to keep them out of his visions, but he has a vision that they're in a bind and doesn't know what to do; Victor and Alice celebrate Bayside High's 100th year. A trip to Alcatraz gets Booker, Ivy and Neil into trouble; after a vision of unsafe practices at the Chill Grill, Raven decides to run the restaurant to prevent a catastrophe. After Levi helps convince Booker to join the debate team, he and Booker are pitted against each other in order to prepare for the big tournament. When Booker suspects that Nia's friend Olivia has a crush on him, he decides to put a "let's be friends" note in her locker but accidentally puts it in Tess' locker.
Meanwhile, Booker has his first vision at school and tells Levi and their friend Tess. He tries telling Nia as well, but she doesn't believe him, as he is known to make up stories. Booker then decides not to tell Raven about his visions, convinced she will not believe him. Raven finally admits to the children that she also has visions; Raven and Booker try to combine their psychic powers to find the missing money; feeling left out, Nia pretends to have a vision. Now that they are high school students, Booker and Nia feel they are too old for trick-or-treating. They instead convince Levi, Tess and Ramon to join them for a night of real scares and fun in 4B, the apartment that is suspected to be haunted.
